Grill has scuff marks on upper section. Almost looks like it was used. Bumper has clear coat and/or paint drip that dried near the edges. Craftsmanship could have been better.

More attention to detail required. Next time, ensure there is no paint/clear coat drip and the chrome parts don’t have prior damage or poor qualify. Probably won’t use this place again.

It would’ve been a 10, but I was told multiple times that I’d get calls with updates about my vehicle once it was in for repairs, but I didn’t, and had to communicate through my insurance adjustor to find out what was going on. They also had told him my car would be done by the end of the week and then I got a notification from Crash Champions that it was going to be the following week— but once he followed up with them again, the car was going to be ready the next day — and it was. The communication aspect was a little frustrating, but otherwise everything was good.
