I was very impressed with CrashChampions. They handled my repairs as best they could during these difficult times. When I couldn’t pick up the car for over a day based in my family’s schedule, they didn’t try to charge any storage fees. When I picked up the vehicle, they taught me I could return my rental much closer to their shop than where I had planned (saving me over an hour of driving and lots of hassle). When I picked up the vehicle, since the manager for my case was off site, another gentleman (Eric) helped me. Eric made sure to check with the other service manager just to make sure the car was fully ready and there wasn’t anything else I needed to know before driving it off the lot. And finally, the people at CrashChampions were thoughtful enough to wash the car before they delivered it. Again, all this high level of customer service did not go unnoticed during a day and age when the bar is so low! Thank you!

I understand that the business is busy but I had to call to follow+up and most of the time the person with the knowledge was busy/not available. Suggestion: have the woman who answers the phone, have status knowledge so she can answer questions and provide status updates.
