Very poor communication from the GM Chaz, I had to call and ask for an e-mail for an estimate for my car serval times, I completely understand sometimes things occur especially now a days, which especially the person in charge now days, needs to communicate & be transparent about what is occurring with my Vehicle, I received an estimate & e-mail the day before my car was complete, my car was on the premises for 4 days before I received an estimate, The day before it was ready for pick up….It was ready on Friday 2/11, I 1st dropped off my car several weeks before and it sat for days, no communication to me, I called and was told they are waiting on the bumper to come in….I was TOLD my bumper needed to be replaced BC the bracket was broken and could not be reattached , I was TOLD that I would be notified when the part arrived to bring my car in I was notified to bring my car in and it would take approximately 2days at the most maybe into the 3rd day….what occurred Is I brought my car as CC was opening approximately at 7;30am Monday 2/7 and there it sat, still no e-mail or estimate through out the week, I called and spoke to Lenny several times, she was gracious and apologetic, Chaz was oblivious, not to be bothered, this is the way he runs this business, I went to this body shop BC I had a real good experience many years ago, That was a different company , this is what I experienced with CC…Which was far from good…. My car was ready on Friday 2/11 and I had to push for that, when I went to pick up my car, I looked at the bumper and it has a few pit holes in it, I was under the impression that I was receiving a new bumper, they never replaced the bumper, some how they reattach it, I was told originally that they can’t do that bc the bracket was broken….WOW….The part that they ordered was the reflector, which I picked up on Monday 2/14, I did not want to deal with Chaz again….I will have my mechanic replace it, I will not deal with or do business with an individual that runs a business with disregard for communication and updating….unacceptable…. I definitely will not refer CC to anyone…. I certainly do not appreciate the Marketing Words WITHOUT the actions to match.
