Crash champions did incredible work, no way you could tell my car was in a crash!! They kept us updated and the work was done in a very timely manner!!! All the staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had! Excellent experience

I love love the work done on the car. Everything looked great and my car was even clean on the inside. I give 10 stars for all repair work. In the beginning...the communication was a little confusing getting my car in for repair and servicing a tow. Initially, the tow was supposed to be within 48 hours and I didn't hear anything, so I called and it was delayed to way over 72 hours. They said to leave the keys in the car, although I did not feel comfortable leaving my keys in the car for over 3 days. I also wasn't sure where the car was going...meaning the Range Rd. location. I was informed that the car wasn't going there and was going to Drew St instead. I ended up dropping my keys off there, but the funny part was the Drew St. location had no idea who I was when I dropped off my keys. Although, after I talked to Kimberly she made me feel better. Thank you

Stopped by to make appt gentleman set an appr and when I got there Tuea they had no idea I was coming. The gal who handles this was on vacation and fixed everything made a car appt w Enterprise and arranged the repair.
