Mostly good communication once I made contact with someone. The time between the car being dropped off and actually hearing about it took longer than I thought, but not sure how that worked-if it was an insurance slow down or facility slow down.

The people that "checked" me out on the final day were friendly and personable. I appreciate that as it was a "final goodbye" to the car and I was slightly emotional (don't think they knew that). The initial person I spoke to on the phone was very business like and got the point across, I was not as put at ease as I would have liked to have been after dealing with this accident issue, but business is business.
