Mike and the team at Crash Champions used OEM parts to fix my Audi after I was struck from behind at a red light by an uninsured driver. Her car wasn’t towed at the scene and she was obviously in an altered state of consciousness but was not taken into custody or even tested. Getting my car back in a condition that is visually imperceptible from before I was struck helped to take some of the bitterness out of a pretty infuriating experience, even with my insurance company fumbling the ball throughout the process. I can highly recommend Crash Champions based on the expert level of repairs they made to my garage kept Audi S3.

The repair was great, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the only thing keeping it from a 10 was the “finished time” kept getting pushed back and a white residue was all over my car after the repair. Other than that I was very satisfied.

These guys are the best. I actually drove my car straight to crash champions after the accident. I actually got rid of the middleman, any estimate prepared by crash champions is legit and insurance will pay. BTW They only use factory parts.

Had problems early and I am sure many were frustrated by the lack of parts, but you failed to keep me updated on the repair time.

After all the problems were ironed out (the transition from Dattilos to Crash Champions) customer service improved. Was called when an estimate of repairs were to be completed. On the day of completion I was able to pick up my vehicle on time.

There was something on my car that needs to be redone. Crash Champions is waiting for the part. There is also a tiny nick in the door they replaced which I called them about. They will fix it when the part comes in. Other than that, everyone was very courteous and accommodating.
