Dissatisfied I was left with vehicle in worse condition that before accident. Feel repairs lead to worn out side view motors. Poor customer service from service advisor.

Vehicle was returned with malfunctioning side view mirrors. It was a concern prior to body work. CC was never able to remedy after multiple repair attempts, leading to motors failing and requiring replacement. Very dissatisfied with service advisors lack of customer skills and not listening to customer concerns.

Contact (Carmen) at Cupertino office tried to satisfy concerns and was approachable. Service advisor (Sal) lead with negativity and customer blaming. Was quick to say “no” without having all the facts. Sal tried to push responsibility on customer and insurance co. Overall abrasive.

I really appreciated that my Avalon was dropped off/picked up at the Crash Champion Collision office. The text updates were valuable. The body shop repair looks beautiful, thank you….a positive experience!

The paint and bumper repair work is very nice but I’m unhappy about the additional damage that happened to my vehicle while in your shop. I was offered a polish for scratches that are unlikely to be removed from buffing. Also a large amount of my belongings from the trunk were dumped in a huge pile on the back seat for some reason.
