My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
I know this was was a special circumstance since Crash Champions was in the middle of acquiring Pan American, but everything took too long. My first claim was started 8/29 and my second was started 9/13 but it was not until 9/29 until I dropped off my car and 10/10 until I could pick it up. And the original pick up date was supposed to be 10/7 so I had to pay an extra couple of days for the rental. My service advisor was great and very professional, and the workmanship was great too. No need to contact me, I understand things were slower during the ownership transition, but this was annoying. Thanks!

Not sure, because this was during the transition when Crash Campions acquired Pan American, so I know things got delayed due to this transition period.

Great workmanship, and the car came back washed and with the interior cleaned.

Workmanship was great, but it took several weeks just to get an estimate and get my car into the shop because Crash Champions was in the process of acquiring Pan American.

Great service and attention by Jomas at the Cupertino location! The job was completed in 4 days, a few days earlier than commit, and as critical as I am, I could not find a single fault with the quality of work, the fit and finish etc.
