Carmen helped me with my claim and my experience was very satisfactory. I was troubled with confused replies from insurance companies and needed the car in a very urgent manner. Luckily I had Carmen! She was very responsive and efficient. She explained everything to me very clearly and helped me make phone calls to rental companies and insurance companies. I told her I needed the car to cope with urgent family issues and can’t afford the car to be in the body shop for too long. She took my situation seriously and tried her best to help me. The whole repair only took four days and saved me a lot of time and energy. I am very grateful for her and highly recommend this Crash Champion for repair if you happen to have Carmen on the claim.

One disappointment. I was hoping to get my truck repair while I am out town. But your 48 pick policy prevent me doing. So, I have to drop off my truck after I come back. My impression with your company is that you are not willing to help your customers and stick to to the company policy. Do not think that I will recommend your company to others

I had an extremely easy and satisfying time using crash champions. Carmen was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made my experience less difficult than I imagined. That girl needs a pay raise. Sal from the offsite repair location was also knowledgeable and friendly, took great care of my precious car, did an incredible job repairing the damage on my vehicle. He as well needs a pay raise :) I will be using crash champions for any and all car repairs in the future, and I will be recommending this business to my colleagues. Thank you again!

For some reason there is condensation on the rear lights whenever they repair, I had the Cupertino Person take pictures and report back why there is condensation- haven’t heard from Their end

The emblem from rear were removed and when I spoke with Carmen at the Cupertino center she mentioned she will revert back on why they were not replaced . It has been a week no one has reached out to me
