The receptionist Jessica was always so cheerful & in a good mood. I gave her a nickname Joyful Jessica 😄. The person that actually handled making sure the repairs were done Sabrina I think was also very nice. Joyful Jessica definitely set the tone. She has the right attitude for customer service 👏👏

I went to Crash Champions after internet research..Gave them a call , spoke with a rep about what I wanted done and was told to come in..Upon my arrival I was met by Specialist "Gene" who assisted me with my concern..But I cannot leave this comment without sending a Shout Out to Ms Donna..She was my original contact via phone and because of her Demeanor and Customer Friendly manner I felt Good about using their facility..Everyone I came into contact with were Cordial and made me feel that the customer is or was important..I was given a Time to take my car in and a time it would be ready..The work was complete early and I am a satisfied customer..Just my opinion , need collision or cosmetic improvements try "Crash Champion's"..You will not regret it..
