My experience with Valdosta Toyota was very good. I took my truck in to get a right front end repair done 2 weeks ago 7-13 and picked it up 7-24. They did a great job. It was not without some incident though. Valdosta Toyota caught it and made it right. I was extremely happy. My truck looks great. Thank you.

I took my 2019 F150 into Valdosta Toyota on 7.13 and got it back 7-24. They did a great job on my right front . Everything looks great. It was not without a minor incident but they compensated for it and I was extremely pleased. Thank you Valdosta Toyota.

At this point, I would not be likely to recommend as I do not feel that I was treated with honesty and integrity. Yes, the work was (eventually) completed correctly, but having been lied to during the process, I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop.

I believe I was lied to by personnel in the office regarding parts availability for my vehicle. After being told on one day that new parts were no longer available, after complaint for use of a damaged, used part, suddenly a new part was able to be found.
