Christian was awesome from start to finish. He clearly communicated the process and timeline, and was friendly and professional. He provided updates on progress and walked me through the work when I picked up my vehicle. The repair work itself was outstanding, can’t even tell anything happened.

The repair was top notch. However my battery was completely drained when I picked up the vehicle. Christian had to come give me a jump 5 minutes after picking the vehicle up, and then my battery died again shortly after.

I picked up my vehicle on July 28 at approximately 3:30 p.m. When I received my keys, I noticed that my GT Tuner had been unplugged, presumably for a diagnostic scan. After plugging it back in, I found that it would no longer power on. I have owned this GT Tuner for four years and have never experienced any issues with it. Before dropping off my vehicle, it was functioning perfectly. After picking up my vehicle, however, it no longer turns on. I brought this to the attention of Christian at the front desk and asked if he could help determine what happened. He suggested it might be related to a different issue, but I don’t understand how that could be the case when the tuner was working properly before my vehicle was serviced. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this and resolve the issue, as the GT Tuner was not malfunctioning prior to my vehicle being in your care. Thank you
