This was a very seamless and stress free crash repair. I have to say the repairs were great, even better than when I first bought the car (brand new). Everyone in the facility was great, knew their stuff, and getting the rental and drop off was very seamless. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Was kept well informed of progress of my car. Was impressed with the receptionist, who spoke up for me to the Enterprise rep that I should be serviced first since I was the first to be called in.At that point Enterprise couldn't do anything except apologize since they brought a vehicle for the 2nd customer. But I appreciated what the receptionist try to do. Thank You.

Everyone has been extremely kind, courteous and understanding of how stressful being rear ended can be and have continually updated us with progress. Darcy, Kristin and Dillon have been great and extremely knowledgeable. Geico’s collaboration with Crash Champions in Carol stream and Enterprise ( Daniel) have been seamless and made this whole ordeal less stressful for us.. we’re extremely appreciative of all of their hard work and highly impressed with their team work. Highly recommend Crash Champions Carol Stream, Enterprise Carol Stream and Geico. It also looks like they cleaned the inside of our car 😁.. with 5 kids, it definitely looks cleaner than when we left it, thanks so much !
