From my viewpoint, the organization of parts needed at the beginning evaluation lacked, the communication with insurance was sluggish, checking the parts to be the correct part when it came in (grill). Slowed the process of me getting my car back. 8 weeks was a bit reduculous in my eyes!!!!!

I received a call from costumer rep telling me I had to pay $3,000 in bills insurance wouldn’t pay. When I asked what parts it was I was told several little things. I asked again and was told the paper that they put on the floor to protect my car and the mats used o ER fenders to prevent scratching!!! Infuriating call, she didn’t have a clue!!! But further calls aster I talked to her supervisor we’re much better.

Having just had my other vehicle at another body shop in town, I am Beyond impressed with the quality and especially the turn around time of your shop's repair. Being without a vehicle is a hardship. The other shop took three months to do the same hail damage repair that your shop completed in less than one.
