I noticed that a small trim cover for a hand grip behind the drivers side of the windshield was missing. I found it laying in the console. I had to use double stick tape to put it back in place. I have found another broken piece of plastic, but I don’t know if it is missing from the truck or not.

This was my first experience with Crash Champions, and I was very impressed! When I initially brought my car in for inspection, they graciously covered my moonroof with crash tape. This was helpful because my own attempts to cover it were relatively unsuccessful and wouldn't have protected the car if it rained. They let me keep my car while we waited for the new glass to arrive. Once it was time to repair the moonroof, they got it in and out in one day! I would certainly return in the future, if needed.

The customer service experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. From the phone call to schedule the appointment, drop off, throughout the process and finish. The communication I received in regards to my vehicle was impeccable. The time frame in which my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up was impressive. I am completely satisfied from start to finish with this process. This process is usually a dreaded and frustrating process but with Crash Champions and their remarkable staff it was easy, convenient and a pleasant experience. Going forth if the need arises for myself or anyone I know Crash Champions will be my go too choice as well as referral and recommended choice to others.
