Unfortunately, I had a very, very difficult time getting my repair scheduled. I left five messages before I got a phone call back. I also left a message to see if a family member could pick up my car, and never received a phone call back. When my car was picked up, there is some kind of stain on the back passenger door below, and above the window, and I’ve gone through the car wash twice and tried to rub it off and it will not come off. The repair itself was done well, though.

This was a first for me of having to have my car repaired so the entire experience was new to me. I was very pleased as to how they were very responsive when I came in the first time. They told me what all they would do and let me know how the completion of my car was going. They took me to the rental service to get a car and overall everyone was nice and took time to explain everything to me. The total experience was extremely helpful and I would recommend using this company.
