Meant to click yes, but while I’m here the quality control was terrible. The entire fender wasn’t painted when I tried to pick it up the first time and the fender and brand new headlight were scratched from when they mounted the bumper. The gentleman up front was awesome through everything and got it taken care of, but how was it marked ready for pick up with new scratches, bare metal and unfinished paint? The bill denoted a hood alignment but the hood was also still higher on the driver side front corner than the passenger side front corner. - Tyler Classen

See previous comments. Hope the Moore or Norman facility is better on the repairs that Lubbock didn’t get right.

Took over 5 months to get my vehicle back. After getting my insurance company involved. I was given a pick up date. Showed up on that date. Vehicle wasn’t finished. I live 5 hours from Lubbock. Upon inspecting my vehicle. Work that was completed is sub par at best. Not looking forward to having to take it back to same company with poor customer service and inadequate work. $30K wasted here.

When speaking with the front desk and not getting any answers, I asked to speak with someone else. I was told she runs that shop and she was all I could talk with.

Hail damage was taken care of. Over spray everywhere!! Old parts replaced damaged parts all white out. Duck tape glue all over. I have spent hours on making my truck look decent.
