Did not replace right part. It’s metal part replaced with plastic one. My trunk door not aligned with my back bumper. Have reported this issue. I’m waiting to hear back from crash champion

After reading reviews about extended repair times, I was hesitant. Mike and the team communicated every step of the way and actually finished my BMW sooner than promised. The repairs look great, communication was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would definitely use them again.

I was getting updates on what was being done. The estimated date of completion was July but was finished much earlier. I was really pleased with the outcome. When I went to pick up the car, the technician went over what was done and also opened the hood to show what needs to be done and where I could take it for repairs. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
