Trish is very respectful, conscientious, and considerate. She made sure that I understood every aspect of the “Crash Champions” protocols and processes. Amanda, was very thorough as it related to precisely pinpointing the damage to my vehicle. Her expertise was necessary for the proper evaluation of the damage, since, as a layman, I wasn’t able to determine the extent of the damage. The car was fixed six days ahead of the original completion date, and looked brand new. This is the second of my vehicles that I have brought to “Crash Champions”, and you’ve delivered each time. Well done.
