Mike Flook was my car estimator .. he walked me through the process.. showing what would be taken care on with my vehicle ..🚗 received texts with the estimated time of work .. was very pleased with the timely manner of getting my vehicle completed with all work being done very precise .. I spoke to Trisha who was a pleasure to ask questions .. very detained answers .. with a comfortable smile .. she definitely is knowledgeable .. with answering with ease & if not sure .. speaking to someone who has the correct information .. returned my calls very promptly .. with my previous questions ready to answer all of them …No one wants to use a collision center but myself & others want to be sure we are getting the complete repair work explanation.. giving us the reinsurance that all work will be done top of the line & on a good timeframe … . .. very clean in the waiting room ..complementary drinks … All in all I would recommend Crash Champions if someone has the need for collision work ..😃

It took your team 2 times to fix the items that needed to be fixed. It was so bad that my insurance company allowed me to take it somewhere else. Your staff is rude and condescending. I have always brought my vehicles to you anytime they needed repairs. After this interaction I will never bring any of my vehicles to your shop. I really hope you address this issue and make the necessary changes to protect your business.
