It went in for a front bumper fix from hitting a deer an when I picked it up check engine light was on, came home with several issues , if a diagnostic was done like I was told before an after why was check engine light not notice am I had to have towed to another shop Even after I hit the deer it was running fine, after being in ur shop it was not drivable an parts were found broke due to the deer accident

Thank you. You did a great job with the repair. Only thing I can say is that some process improvement is needed to the automatic update system. It was never accurate, as it told me repairs were progressing well and then it was not updated until after the vehicle was due to be finished. If it is not accurate, then there is no need for the system. It only creates false expectations. Thanks for everything. All of your staff was great, kind, and helpful.
