They took two months to get my car fixed. I was given all kinds of excuses. Parts came in damaged or broken, Parts were on delay…then we were told one of the employees was on medical leave. I finally get my car back and the work that was done is not good quality work. There are lots of things that need to be addressed with my vehicle. I have contacted upper management with good hands and I am waiting for a call from the insurance company inspector to look over my vehicle so we can go forward with getting things fixed properly.

Several seals are not sealed and water came get in. Front driver side panel not repaired. Windshield seal is coming apart. Hood seal leaks. White dust all over under the hood (I assume is from sanding in the area while uncovered). Engine leaking oil not addressed. Both mirrors have gaps where they seal. Both mirrors and the windshield seal had no damage when i took the car in so thays annoying. Took almost 2 months to fix the car, which wasn't the problem but they kept telling me "maybe next week" like 5 times. Many panels are fit loosely and have gaps that I'm concerned water is going to get in and cause long term problems. Honestly wish I had taken it to another repair shop. The secretary lady was nice

Only a 5 because the one lady was nice but otherwise they kept telling me dates it would be done and they would come and go amd no one contacted me to let me know what was going on. I had to call every time to ask if it was actually ready today and I would always get the maybe next week line

There was a snaffoo with communication, but the team bent over backwards to fix my car and fix it well. They pulled off a miracle, answered my calls, calmed me down in moments of panic, etc. The team here is amazing!
