Excellent work completed on my rear bumper. Service was great, Ion who was working on my vehicle was very active with providing status updates with the repair process of my vehicle.

The customer service is so wonderful and so kind. But my door is still out of line. Sometimes when I shut it I notice it’s not latching completely and I have to push it or slam it harder. But I really think everyone there is so wonderful and my car smelt so nice.

I only gave it that rating because of the bad customer service from the lady in the front desk. Besides that, everyone else showed great customer service skills to us, especially the guy with the mullet hair do. He was excellent with us despite the absence of the front lady when we dropped off our car.
