Very quick, efficient and friendly service. They prioritized my car repair and was able to get everything complete in less than a week.

The main person I worked with was friendly and detailed everything out very clearly. It is a fairly small office so was easy to work with someone. They even volunteered to stay open for me later so I could pick up my car after-hours.

Crash Champions the game Worse experience I’ve had thus far in my life at 59 They Lie they took my original battery replaced it replaced it with another there was nothing wrong with my battery I bought they left the lights on so it died after about 30 minutes. It’s is a clear dent in my door. They scratched my A Pillar replacing my hood. They gave me back my vehicle with my roof molding about to fall off. My headliner was filthy with fingerprints I couldn’t fully open my visors left and right they had to repaint my roof, because it had tiger stripes. They twisted my roof molding and didn’t put it back flat it had never been removed before. They had to replace my hood which had a protective bra. The GM Rick Salas told me it was torn.I said can I have it Rick said they thought it away. I was told that my car was Detailed it wasn’t. I checked with my Service Advisor Ethen Cadamore glasse laying openly on my seat after my window was replaced floor wasn’t vacuumed or anything. Much,Much more I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dropped off my vehicle here after a wreck and I must say I received the most amazing service from the desk clerk to the guys that helped me with my car, Rick and Ethan. I was being updated daily on the status of my car and they were very thorough with explaining the outcome of my service and advice on my next steps. Really recommend this place to anyone after a wreck. Thank you everyone for your professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Got car back not vacuumed or cleaned.. windows all dirty and seats all down and not even wiped down.. also car came back not completely repaired.. now I have to take it to the dealer when it’s been at the shop for so long.. was told car was done and they closed at 5 I arrived at 4:30 and still had to wait for the car to be cleaned and ready for pickup but was told it was done and ready.. not sure what was cleaned cause it was filthy on the inside.
