Mr. Eddie and Miss Joanne were very nice and they were very knowledgeable. They had to fix a light on my Audi A6. What I like about them they kept in touch and let me know what was going on and they also kept in touch with my insurance.. keep up the good work, I would recommend crashchampion. yes, I was satisfied with the job that they did on my light.

Yes, but the issue with the Insurance Company was a problem. Ultimately, they worked their way through. That didn't happen last year when I dealt with Paula.

I am satisfied with the excellent repair quality. I was disappointed with how long it took (92 days).

They tried hard to take care of me but the difference between their price and my insurance willingness to pay that much was at odds. We had a rocky start. Also, my representatives email changed in the middle of the service, and I didn't know. Therefore, I couldn't reach them for a while.

We appreciated Lisa Allen being there for us. It was hard getting through on the phone and people knowing what was going on with our car.Except for Lisa Allen no one was able to negotiate with the Allstate insurance company we had to deal with. Lisa Allen made us confident that we would be taken care of even with the company being bought by another company ECR to Crash Champions. Thank you Lisa Allen.
