I had an amazing experience at Crash Champions on Rio Bravo. I want to thank Pedro and Brandon. Pedro was incredibly kind and wonderful and I will recommend Crash Champions because of him. Brandon kept me excellently updated and provided kind prompt and professional service throughout. My car was repaired perfectly it appears in a very timely manner. While my car being hit was difficult the professionalism and especially kindness I received helped a bad situation so much. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Crash Champions.

The door has a little squeak to it now. The bottom of the door makes noise. I just feel like the process might’ve been rushed and not fully properly executed. The staff and everyone was really nice. It was just the job.

Employees were great, very nice and welcoming. Job on car was not satisfactory, my front bumper is already popped out of place and car was very poorly cleaned and waxed. Noticeable large white streaks along the car, speedometer blurry and unable to see due to cleaning solution fogging it up. Not at all happy with my vehicles condition.
