Everything from dropping the car off, to the updates, to picking the car up, was perfect. We never had to guess if progress was being made, and if they had a question, I got a phone call to work through the issue. The car was done in a super reasonable amount of time, and it is beautiful. Everything from the initial estimate to dropping the car off, text and phone call updates, to the day we picked up the car was awesome. The work done on our car is beautiful. I am actually still amazed at how good the whole car looks. Reflective has been a great shop, and as long as it is around, we will use them for any body work related issues.
