I was given back my car and told it was making sounds on the drivers side so it wasn’t going to be repaired through claims so they stopped looking at my car. the actual damage being that the wheel well was bent into the rotor, on the passenger side. I had to pay another shop to fix it over the weekend after receiving my car back from crash champions who had it from Jan 13th to Feb 27th and couldn’t find the damage. The gentleman who assisted me over the phone while my car was being repaired was great very attentive but the repair team missed the literal wheel well bent into the rotor and let me drive it telling me it was damage to the driver side. It feels lazy and I don’t think i should have been driving my car in that condition.

This is the second time of Used crush champions, and I have been 100% satisfied. I’m come from the Car business and I’m very particular. The staff was amazing and friendly. Always keeping me updated and informed. My repair was done. Two days. Faster than expected. I would recommend them for any and all professional car needs.
