Marci was a doll! She was very helpful, always kept me in the loop and directed me as to what was to come next, and just an all around pleasure to deal with. Etienne was also fantastic! We're still in the middle of an issue that could not be solved at Crash Champions due to extenuating circumstances, but he is still going out of his way to help me and guide me through to a solution. When I got my car back, it was washed, vacuumed and dusted...it looked beautiful! Please give Marci and Etienne a raise and an extra 2 weeks of vacation time! They deserve it! 😁
