The back tailgate was not properly repaired and the front end was never aligned. Also, the car was supposed to be done by this past Friday. I received a text update every day for two weeks, except for the actual day it was supposed to be ready for pick up. Finally, my first name is Dominic, and I would appreciate the respect of addressing me by the name my parents assigned me at birth.

They did not properly fix the tailgate. They never did the necessary wheel alignment. They texted me every day that the truck was on schedule, with the exception of the Friday it was supposed to be ready for pick up. I was constantly referred to as Dominique when my birth given name is Dominic, thus dehumanizing me.

The car looks brand new, just like before the accident. Staff were very efficient and fast. The process to drop and pick up the car after repair was very simple and made my life much more convenient. They even offer to return the rental car which is a big plus for me.

My interaction with Crash Champion personnel was much more seamless than I expected. From setting up the an initial appointment to delivery when my vehicle was completed, I was completely satisfied. Hopefully, I will not have a need to have my vehicle repaired in the future, but if necessary, I will choose Crash Champion.
