Crash Champions in Randolph is the best auto body repair shop I have ever experienced. They did an outstanding job repairing the rear bumper and fender of my vehicle. I was originally told the repair would take 10–14 days, but they completed everything in just 7 days—far beyond my expectations. What truly sets this shop apart is its people. From Monica at the front desk, to Sam the technician, and Buddy the manager, everyone was professional, caring, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. They understood how stressful it is to go through a car accident, treated me with kindness and reassurance throughout the process, and delivered exceptional quality workmanship. One aspect that particularly impressed me was their repair process. It began with a thorough intake review, during which Buddy carefully walked me through every area of damage on my vehicle and explained what needed to be repaired. When I picked up my car, he conducted a final delivery review using a checklist, going over each repaired item to ensure everything had been completed to my satisfaction. That level of transparency and attention to detail gave me great confidence in their work. I also want to give a special thanks to Sam. He noticed that the fixture for my trunk release switch needed attention and fixed it for me at no charge, even though it wasn't part of the repair. That small act of kindness likely saved me hundreds of dollars and showed that the team genuinely cares about their customers rather than simply completing the work they were paid to do. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Randolph to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto body repair shop.
