Monica stayed in touch with me throughout and went out of her way to help me get through the repair. She was so polite and positive! I asked so many questions along the way and she never made me feel guilty or in the way. Cody is as polite and sweet as can be! I choose to do add'l body work out of pocket. Cody gave me a fair price and when I came to pick up the car the price was $400 less than I signed for. That is absolutely unheard of!! Monica was so happy to deliver that news to me.
