The reason for 9 not 10 there were some issues that should have been taken care of before the vehicle was released. There was an obvious area on the tailgate that needed to be buffed out, and the brakes had a spongy pedal and needed to be bled. I brought the vehicle back the next day and these issues were quickly resolved.

The manager I interacted with was condescending and rude. They also gave me a repair quite verbally then charged me twice as much as they quoted.
