I felt strung along and lied to during the three months my car was being repaired. My car arrived at the shop on Friday, 2/5, and was initially told it would take 5 weeks. It wound up taking 14. I physically went to the shop on Friday 2/13, and was told—in person—by both Monica and the mechanic at the shop that the damage has been more extensive than initially thought, but that the repairs were complete and some parts needed to be painted and the car reassembled and it would be ready by the following Tuesday. That date got pushed to the following Friday, and I received an update text that my car was in reassembly on Thursday, 2/19. I thought for sure I’d be picking up my car the next day, but the date continued to get pushed back. Three weeks later my car was still not ready, and I called the insurance agent, who had been trying but was unable to reach anyone at the shop, and he had no idea that a supplement had been added to the estimate. His supervisor was finally able to get in touch with your shop’s manager, who told him there was a delay because the shop was still waiting on some parts. I wound up finally taking my car home a week later. I am an understanding person. If I’d just been told the truth upfront about what was going on with my car and that it might not be ready until March, I would have been fine with that. Instead I was strung along week after with text updates and straight up lies to my face. This created an incredibly stressful few months for me, and it really didn’t have to be that way. My car feels great, and I’m grateful for the repairs, but I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way this was handled from a customer service perspective.

The completion date kept slipping by a week. First Friday, then monday, then wednesday, finally the following friday. You need more office help in Randolph to answer the phones. Almost every time I called I was put on hold, sometmes for too long so I hung up until ater.

See prior comments: repair took a week longer and when I called for updates I was usually put on hold. Hire some more office help!

You all did a beautiful job on my car and Monica, at the front desk, could not have been nicer! The big surprise was that you cleaned the inside of my car! Thank you!

This is the worst customer service experience I've encountered with any company in years, and it reflects poorly on your brand as a whole. The General Manager at the location I dealt with was completely disengaged—appearing zoned out, unresponsive, and utterly incapable of handling basic customer interactions. His demeanor suggested he was either uninterested or unwell, but either way, he has no business in a customer-facing leadership role. This single individual's incompetence turned what should have been a straightforward repair process into a frustrating ordeal and will undoubtedly drive customers away if not addressed. As a national chain that promotes trust, seamless service, and being "Collision Repair Heroes," you have a serious problem when frontline leadership fails this badly. I expected far better from Crash Champions and am deeply disappointed that corporate standards aren't being upheld at this shop. I urge you to investigate this location and the GM's performance immediately—before more customers share similar stories and your reputation suffers further. Sincerely, Andrew Millward

Would never recommend Crash Champions. Worst experience ever dealing with a company. The GM at this location needs to be reconsidered, he's useless.
