Everyone was very nice when I called. The last time I called they said the vehicle was ready and parked out front. I wish I would have recieved a call first and not had to keep checking on it. Perhaps they had just finished it.

I would only recommend that the timing of repair be more accurate.

The quality of the repair was excellent. My only complaint is that when I dropped the car off I was lead to believe that the repair may only be a couple of days. I received an automated message after a couple days that the repair was going to take 2 weeks. After I called, it was explained to me that additional parts were required and may need extra time to repair. This was fine, I wish that I was told in the beginning that it may take that long.
