My daughter was driving in downtown Fairhope recently when someone ran into our car. We were relieved that no one was injured but the damage looked awful. It was pulling hard to one side, and what's worse, we only had $11,000 miles on it. My husband heard good things about Crash Champions on Greeno Road so we decided to use them. Somehow, they managed to make a bad situation feel a little less overwhelming.The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date throughout the entire process and even finished the work ahead of a schedule. Our car looks and drives like new again! If you're ever unfortunate enough to get in an accident, Crash Champions are definitely the ones to call!

Horrible service and for nobody work required it took two weeks for you to get a tire replaced and the rim buffed out and you didn’t even fix the other issue I had with a cracked surround around my stereo system. The car inside was not put back together where they had taken the spare tire out just absolutely horrible.

Did not fix the stereo face plate that was cracked and you didn’t get the tire from the dealer in which I had road hazard warranty as well as life time alignment warranty.

When I pick the car up and paid my deductible you said you didn’t know anything about the faceplate for the stereo and that you would call me and find the face plate. No one called me.
