Not the way I was talk to and lied to

My tires supposed to be check the tire lights were on with a low tire when I picked it up. Then I was lied to about the appraisal for rim being sent to Allstate they knew nothing about othe rim. Also worried about me being in a rental that was not their concern just not very professional
