My car looks brand new!! As we were pulling up to the parking lot my son saw my vehicle and said its looks like brand new. As I walked around it to check it out, I was very happy with the results! They did an amazing job!

This was my first time going to Crash Champions in Grovetown, Georgia and I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again if I need repairs! They have bent over backwards to make you feel more like a friend than a customer. They always keep you updated on everything they are doing. If you have ANY questions they will have an answer for you immediately! I didn’t have to deal with a rental car because they had everything all set up when I dropped off my car. Everyone is so nice that it made me feel like I was dealing with family and friends not a company with employees. When I picked up my car it looked Amazing! You could NEVER tell where my car was hit in the accident. I am beyond grateful, impressed and happy! I would recommend EVERYONE to go to Crash Champions, you will be pleased and grateful that you did! Thank You Crash Champions for making a hard time them out to be a pleasant and wonderful experience! Oh by the way, on weekends when the young lady at the front desk had off, she insists on going into work anywhere from 1-3 hours and personally update everyone by text letting them know exactly what’s been done and when to expect your vehicle to be ready for you to pick up. That’s how AWESOME they are! Go to them, you won’t ever regret it! You would wish you had been going there all along! Thank You again Crash Champion’s for the amazing repairs and even more so for making me feel right at home and handling the insurance and rental car for me. Not to mention the amazing repairs that you made to my car. You can not tell it’s ever been hit! You are ALL SO AWESOME! THANK YOU!!!

From Travelers Insurance to Crash Champions to Enterprise Car Rentals EVERYONE was BEYOND WONDERFUL!!! All business was handled for me I just had to show up. Travelers worked with Crash Champions and Enterprise and they asked what date I would bring my car in. I picked a date and when I got to Crash Champions they call Enterprise to bring me my rental car then we walked around my car to see what needed to be fixed. I went inside and signed my paperwork and gave them my keys. Enterprise was there with my car and the brought me to their store to sign my paperwork and put down my refundable $50 deposit and they gave me my keys. Everything went so smoothly and I didn’t have to do anything but show up. Crash Champions would text me to let me know what parts came in, they finished painting my car, they were putting on new parts, in other words then kept me updated on EVERYTHING! EVERYONE I DEALT WITH FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY (TRAVELER), to my CAR REPAIR (CRASH CHAMPIONS) to my CAR RENTAL (ENTERPRISE) went FAR AND BEYOND TO MAKE A HARD THING EASY AND ENJOYABLE! I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I can’t express how satisfied I am with my car. I hit a deer in my 2016 dodge charger. When it was time for me to pick up my car it look like there was no damage ever done to it. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs body repairs done to their vehicle. The women in the front office were very helpful and kept me informed with weekly text alerts as my car went through the repair process. Thank you Crash Champions for doing such an excellent job!
