The repair took long and mostly due to parts is understandable but being told all parts were delivered but pending two then being told some parts were still being order is not good for business. Mr. Chris able to order one missing part when I was told they were in back order made me lose confidence in company. Nicole was nice and professional but being giving the run around for almost four months and then still getting charged the $500 deductible is not good. I would’ve moved my car to another location but was told vehicle was being worked on then the story changes. Work was ok but I needed vehicle back so I had to deal with it.

I would of gave a 10, but they forgot the seal around the window. However, once noticed, they fixed it right away. Friendly service and the paint job looks great. I hope I never have a reason to return to them, but if I do, I will go back to them for repairs, because they did a great job at keeping me posted, friendly service, and fixed their mistake without hassle.
