They were very nice and easy to work with. Our adjuster Taylor was incredible, she went above and beyond for us. She made my day so much better, she was understanding and saw a problem my husband and I hadn't noticed, she is fast and focused always on the move. One of the front desk associates that was in and out, (they were very busy) he briefly interacted with myself and others during our waiting making us laugh. It was actually a fun experience! I never would have thought!
