For me interaction is very important. And it was definitely a pleasant experience! One of the people I deal with most name was Frank. Very professional and detail oriented. I also kind of expected it to take approximately 2 weeks. And it was more like about a week. Frank explain to all the paperwork to me. And while we were talking. We ended up talking about how much we both enjoy driving a manual. Also before I left. Frank mentioned that they were unable to wash the outside of the car considering they may damage it from the poor OEM paint job already peeling on the car. So apparently did detail guy put a little extra love into doing the inside of my car! That was definitely unexpected and simultaneously appreciate it! Just a last note. I've been told pearl white it's hard to match. I'm not an expert. But I would say they did an awesome job matching it with the existing paint job!
