Didn’t see a specific spot to leave a full review but… Alexandria and her team were great! Everything was professional and the Communication they provided to me during the process was accurate, timely, and clear. I had one thing I needed her team to look back over, which was nothing too major. They were happy to check it out and fix the issue. They were willing to work with my schedule and I appreciate them for making it a flawless experience. 10/10 reccomend!

I was completely impressed. Alexandria kept me updated the throughout the entire process. I’ve never had a business take the time to do this and I absolutely loved it. Everyone that I came in contact with were very professional and actually fun to be around. It isn’t all work for these people. A little laughter goes a long way. They made me feel very comfortable. I have only been in Virginia for 1.5 years and I’ve got to say this place has been an amazing experience. Alexandria put up with my ramblings and was very cordial about it. I jabbered ALOT. LOL! When my truck was done, I noticed a screwdriver dent that was an obvious oops made by the repairer (please don’t get mad at them). Not a big deal but she immediately pulled the truck back in and had it fixed. I picked up my truck the next day. She even got rid of some superficial scratches on the box of the truck for me. She absolutely did not have to do that. That is above and beyond in my book. Also, I don’t know who did this but there was a rubber seal along the drivers side door that was coming off and needed to be popped back in place, I had tried to do it myself but couldn’t get it to stay and someone there fixed it (wasn’t even on the estimate- totally on the other side of the truck and had nothing to do with the reason the truck was in the shop). I am very grateful for whoever did that for me. There was a corner rubber piece around the window that cracked during the process and they are going to fix that also next week. I can only say that this is a wonderful group of employees at this establishment and I will definitely use their services again (God forbid I ever need it lol) they make you feel very comfortable and special. Thank you again.
