Communication on status of repairs was very poor. Often misleading, withholding, or even lying about what was happening. I appreciate that you refunded half of our deductible in recognition of how poorly this was handled overall; however, this was a bad experience. I will not recommend your business in the future.

They did a great job, in a timely fashion. They also provided updates every step of the way letting me know what they were working on and gave me a estimate time of how long each part of the process would take and a estimated completion date and they had it ready by the day they expected. Highly recommended good quality work and keeps you well informed on what’s going on throughout the entire process.
