Never. I will personally go out of my way to recommend anyone I know to never use crash champions. After all the trouble I had, they never offered any kind of discount or anything. Acted very nonchalant about the entire situation.

Multiple delays. Zero communication. Nearly 2 months went by and they notified me nothing had been done to my truck and it would need to be hauled over 4 hours away to another location for the work to be started due to management being fired at the location and techs either being fired or quit.

Zero communication. Id call in multiple times some days to try and get a status update only to be told by who I was speaking with that they didnt know anything about my vehicle and couldnt find anyone who did.

Frank and the staff were great. They did and outstanding job on my car and was able to return it to me prior to the anticipated date of 4/03/26. Frank said that they had extra help to come and work on my vehicle which spoke volume to me!

You guys actually did more damage than things you fixed. But the worst part is that you actually documented things that you didn’t fix and you had that on the bill. I’ve reported this immediately to my insurance company. Based on what I am saying, I would consider this fraud. Based on the amount of the bill this goes beyond the misdemeanor level

We were supposed to have a full body paint job. Only the hood and drivers side door was painted. Paint is still chipping off in multiple places all over the car. Our drivers side mirror was not installed back to the car and started to hang off as soon as we attempted to drive the car away. We would like the car painted in all the places that were noted where the paint was chipping so we don’t have to drive back in a few months and repeat the process since we live an hour and half away
