Aside from the delay in my car not being returned in a timely manner, I felt that communication was lacking. I had been given several completion dates, which were changed. Sometimes I was not aware until the day I was supposed to pick up my car. Alexandria was very helpful during the final days.

I was surprised at the length of time for the repair. But once it was explained to me. Everything turned out alright. I appreciate all the hard work that you had to endure. Thank you for your service.

When I dropped off my car I was told that on average it can take 2-4 weeks for a car to be complete with the damages mine had. I was then informed on October 17th, after giving my car to the shop on Oct 8th, that it would be finished on the 7th on November. On November 5th I was told it would instead be ready on the 18th, and when I called on the 17th I was informed over the phone that it would still not be completeted until at soonest the 21st. In total the shop changed the date 3 times on paper, and including spoken estimates 4 total times. They took over 6 weeks to complete the repair of the vehicle.

They kept me up to date on any delays and where they were in the repair process. It was seamless because they kept the insurance company up to date as well. When I picked up the car the manager walked around the car and actually had the detail guys fix things so that it was perfect. These were minor details but once she pointed them out I was so thankful because bit did it make a difference. The repair work is perfect and no one will know it has been hit unless I tell them. I would definitely use them again if and when I ever need body repair work again!

They were very good and did a great job. The only room for improvement was that the repair took a really long time, which could have been insurance related so not sure what caused it to take so long. After I picked up my car, there was a problem with the sensor and had to bring it back twice. Overall it was good but it took a long time just to have to bring it back. (Over two months) Overall they made it right and I’m happy to have my car back!
