I had a truly positive experience with Divine, and what stood out to me most was not just the quality of the repair, but the way he treated me throughout the entire process. From the beginning, I really appreciated his transparency. He clearly explained each step of the repair process, what needed to be done, and what I could expect along the way. Having that level of openness made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. His communication was also exceptional. I received consistent updates throughout the process, so I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my car. He kept me informed about the progress and made sure I understood where things stood, which I genuinely appreciated.
