Our van was damaged in the process of repair and if we did not bring it up- the team would have let us walk out of the shop without addressing it. Also, the repaint was dripping and dried that way and it was not addressed. If we didn't notice- we would have walked away with that too. Seems like an honesty issue needs to be addressed.

lots of loud cursing in the main office on more than one occasion and I had my children with me. Not professional. Also, a sense that it was an inconvenience to be there. Not greeted very well either.

Keith was awesome and had great communication regarding the whole process about repairing my vehicle and how the repairs were going. Cobey did an amazing paint job and I can’t even tell where the old paint blends with the new paint!

Crash champions made an error estimating and there were several unforeseen circumstances that caused a lengthy repair. Keith picked up the ball with communication and they made things right by ensuring my bill was close to the estimate. Really appreciate that they were willing to correct the issues and work towards getting the car back
