Charlie, the estimator I met with, was extremely kind and patient with me when I came in. This was my first time being involved in an accident and requiring subsequent body repairs and Charlie explained the process to me and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. He also made sure I had a rental car ready for me after I dropped off my car. As clfor crash Champions, I was kept in the loop regarding the repair progress and was very satisfied with the repairs.
