7 only because time will tell how well the repair is given wear on the vehicle over a longer time horizon. Customer service? Crushed it -- communication is frequent and clear. Linda and Rebekha -- crushed it! Great communication. I never say this -- seriously, NEVER. I a stickler for customer service and it's one of THE thing that stands out when folks do it well.
