They were extremely patient with me. Thank you to the young lady who assisted me when I came in this morning (I can’t remember getting her name!) as well as Adri. At one point she was literally my therapist & so patient listening to me blabber about everything. I’ve been in and out of the area for about a month now and having this team be so patient has been a god send. Additionally, I love the automated system that sends text messages and updates. That was very useful. Everyone was professional and my car looks great. I’m also really happy with the warranty/guarantees they provide. A pleasant surprise. Overall 10/10!!! -Raven & Jaami.

Adri, was literally amazing. The entire staff was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their sensitivity to my needs and situation. I’ve had no better experience than here.

My vehicle was in the shop for over 30 days with only 30 hours worth of labor done to it. The bumper is not aligned properly. The side view mirror that was damaged was not painted. I still have to bring it back to possibly clip the bumper back together or wait for a bumper to get purchased if that doesn’t work which means more time and I have already spent $800 in rental fees.

Two things I was unhappy with. 1st is the length of time it took to wait for parts. 2nd is my car went in with a flat on the rear drivers side and came out with the same flat. I should have been notified about what I wanted to do about the tire. You had to think the tire would be a problem at some point.
